SSC Results Out, 90% Pass Exams

Of the 5,03,579 students who appeared for the exams, 4,53,201 cleared them, making it a 90% pass rate.

The Telangana Department of School Education today released the results of the 2022 SSC public examinations.

Of the total of 5,03,579 students who appeared for the exams, 4,53,201 cleared them, making it a 90% pass rate.

Speaking to the media after releasing the results, Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy said that girls yet again outshone the boys. Of the 2,48,146 girls who appeared, 92.45% cleared the exam, while of the 2,55,433 boys who took the exams, 87.61% passed.

Girls outperformed boys in the private category, too - while 58% of the girls in the category passed, only 46.21% of the boys passed.

A total of 3,007 schools achieved 100% results in the examinations, while 15 schools registered zero results.

The minister said that the advanced supplementary exams would be conducted from August 1 to 10. The last date for the payment of the fees for the supplementary exams to the headmasters concerned is July 18.
