The Telangana government today appointed retired IAS officer K S Sreenivasa Raju as a Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for a two-year term.
The appointment was formalised through orders issued by Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari.
An accomplished 1999-batch IAS officer from the Andhra Pradesh cadre, Raju had previously served as the Principal Secretary for the Telangana Roads and Buildings Department, where he was overseeing major infrastructure initiatives.
He was also the Joint Executive Officer (JEO) of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), one of the most significant religious institutions in India. In this capacity, he managed complex operations, including temple administration, pilgrim services and infrastructure development.
Following his retirement from the IAS in June 2024, Raju continued to contribute to public service as an Advisor to the Telangana government, focusing on infrastructure and project development.
