Condemning the comments of the TRS leaders, Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya today said that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was running his government using money given by the Union government.
"While Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is running his government from the Central funds, he and his Party leaders are indulging in criticizing the BJP leaders, which is very unfortunate," Dattatreya said, addressing a Telangana State-level BJP workshop organized at the State Party office.
"The comments by KCR on BJP leaders are condemnable. We will not tolerate such remarks in the future even if they threaten to book cases," the Union minister and senior BJP leader said.
He exhorted Party workers to create awareness about and publicize the Central funds being given to the State government.
"The Party workers should also visit every village to inform the people about the performance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government," he said.
Telangana BJP chief Dr K Laxman, senior leader G Kishan Reddy, MLC N Ramchander Rao, Dr Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Dinesh Reddy and others attended the workshop.
