High Court Issues Notices To Four MLAs
The court issued the notices on allegations of irregularities in election affidavits and distribution of money to voters during the Assembly elections.

The Telangana High Court on Friday issued notices to four MLAs on allegations of irregularities in their election affidavits and distribution of money to voters during the recently held Assembly elections.
BRS MLAs Kova Lakshmi, Maganti Gopinath and Danam Nagender, and CPI MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao, were those who received notices.
In addition, Nagender, who recently switched his allegiance to the Congress, is also facing the threat of disqualification under the anti-defection law.
A BRS delegation has met Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar and submitted a memorandum demanding the disqualification of Nagender.
