BJP Reiterates Support For Telangana Before GoM
Kishan Reddy alleged that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, union ministers and other leaders from Seemandhra regions are trying to incite people.

BJP State President G Kishan Reddy made it clear that his party is in favour of the formation of a separate Telangana state.
Talking to reporters after meeting the Group of Ministers (GoM) in New Delhi on Tuesday, Kishan Reddy said that the BJP's stand was made clear, on several occassiond.
The BJP has been demanding the formation of Telangana state, with 10 districts, and Hyderabad as its capital.
He said that the BJP has also asked the Centre to address the apprehensions, fears and concerns being raised by people of Seemandhra region over the bifurcation of the state.
Kishan Reddy alleged that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, union ministers and other leaders from Seemandhra regions are trying to incite people, and that they should be asked to behave responsibly.
He said that the Centre was responsible for the present situation in the state and that it should find solutions for the same.
Reiterating that the BJP has always been in favour of smaller states, for effective growth and administration, Kishan Reddy said that the Centre should come out with a comprehensive plan to deal with the present scenario.
He also insisted that the issue be discussed in the Parliament, and that the BJP's national leadership is ready to discuss the issue.
He also informed that the GoM did not disclose anything related to revenues of Hyderabad or other details.
"The GoM told us that they are in the process of gathering information, and all the details would be incorporated in the Telangana Bill," he said.
The leader said that the Telangana Bill should be passed in the Parliament and not in Assembly.
"It should be introduced in the ensuing winter session of the Parliament," he said. (INN)
