EAMCET To Be Held Between July 5 And 9
The Telangana government today announced that it would be conducting this year's TS-EAMCET between July 5 and 9.

The Telangana government today announced that it would be conducting this year's Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS-EAMCET) between July 5 and 9.
The exam will be conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH) on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). The notification for the same will reportedly be issued on March 18.
Online application forms can be submitted from March 20 to May 18. The students who have passed their intermediate exams will be eligible to take the EAMCET.
Applicants submitting the application on May 28 will have to pay a late fee of Rs 250, while those submitting the same on June 7 will have to pay a fine of Rs 500. Candidates can also choose to apply by June 28. However, they will be charged a fine of Rs 5,000 for doing so. Those candidates wishing to make corrections to their already-submitted applications will be able to do so between May 19 and 27.
Officials of the education department stated that the EAMCET will be conducted online, in two phases every day. While the agriculture exam will be conducted on July 5, the pharmacy exam will be held on July 6.
Though exam takers may have been hoping for a reduction in the course material to be tested in the exam there has been no significant cut in the same. The exam pattern and duration (160 questions in 180 minutes) also remain unchanged.
