Congress Wants White Paper On Security Withdrawal

The CLP has expressed its displeasure over the decision of the Telangana government to withdraw the security to the Congress leaders in the state.
Hyderabad | 6th March 2015
The Congress Legislature Party (CLP) has expressed its displeasure over the decision of the Telangana government to withdraw the security to the Congress leaders in the state.

Speaking to media persons after the CLP meeting on Friday, CLP Secretary Ram Mohan Reddy said that the TRS government had scaled down the security of former ministers, legislators, MPs and other important leaders of the Congress party after it came to power on June 2.

Condemning the decision, he demanded that the state government release a White Paper on the issue. Else, he threatened that all Congress leaders would surrender their security covers to the government. (INN)
