The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee will soon come out with a vision document for the development of the new state.
Speaking to media persons, Telangana Congress Manifesto Committee chairman D Sridhar Babu said that the Congress would not make tall promises to people. All promises will be realistic and achievable, and aimed at the overall growth and development of the region, he said.
The manifesto committee had met on Friday, and the meeting was attended by AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh, Telangana PCC president Ponnala Lakshmaiah and working president Uttam Kumar.
Meanwhile, manifesto committee co-chairman Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said that different sections of the society would be consulted to prepare the manifesto, which would be given final approval by the Congress High Command. He said that online suggestions would also be sought from the general public. (INN)
