T-BJP To Reveal Manifesto & Candidate List Post-Ugadi

G Kishan Reddy announced that development of the Backward Classes in Telangana features heavily in the BJP's manifesto.
Hyderabad | 26th March 2014
The BJP's Telangana unit's president, G Kishan Reddy, on Wednesday, announced that the party's manifesto and list of candidates for the forthcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections will be announced after the Ugadi festival.

Speaking to media personnel, Kishan Reddy said that the BJP's manifesto as well as the candidates' lists, are presently being reviewed, and they will be released immediately after the Ugadi festival.

He also announced that BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, BJP national president Rajnath Singh, and Leader of the Opposition Sushma Swaraj will address a series of public meetings in all the 10 districts of Telangana from April 10.

Kishan Reddy said that the BJP was planning to introduce a separate sub-plan for Backward Classes, along the lines of the SC & ST sub-plan, in Telangana.

He also assured social justice and empowerment of the Dalits if BJP is voted to power in Telangana, and also at the national level.

He claimed that the Telangana state became a reality due to BJP's support to the centre.

He also said that Telangana would have remained a distant dream if BJP had not supported the Telangana bill in the Parliament.

The BJP leader also pointed out that several surveys carried out by reputed media houses have predicted that Narendra Modi will become the next Prime Minister of India. (INN)
