T-Assembly Adjourns Sine Die After 7 Days' Session
Though the schedule for the session was for 10 days, that was cut to 7 days due to the absence of the Opposition members who were suspended from the Assembly.
The Telangana State Legislative Assembly and Council were adjourned sine die on Wednesday after conducting business for seven days.
Though the BAC had decided a schedule of 10 days for the session, that was cut to 7 days as the absence of the Opposition members who were suspended from the Assembly until the end of the session for storming the podium of the Speaker expectedly resulted in things happening much faster.
There was also a sort of discontent among the ministers and members of the ruling party as the House had no Opposition members. That resulted in a reluctant KCR prompting the Speaker to adjourn the House sine die after his brief speech on welfare schemes.
