Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy on Friday reiterated that his party would extend full cooperation for the development of the Telangana State.
Speaking to media persons in Hyderabad, Reddy said that the new state of Telangana would have new challenges, and the BJP government at the Centre would extend all assistance needed to the Telangana government for the speedy and overall development of the new State.
He thanked the people for their overwhelming support to the BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and other candidates, which ensured the formation of a single party government at the Centre after a gap of almost 3 decades.
Reddy, who won the election from the Amberpet Assembly segment by a majority of 62,000 votes, promised that he would work hard to live up to the expectations of the people.
He said that the BJP came to power on the promise of providing good governance and development, and it would take all the necessary steps to honour its words.
