APNGOs Team Calls On Vijayamma, Extends Support To Fast

A delegation of the APNGOs' Association met YSR Congress Party's President Vijayamma and extended support to her fast-unto-death against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

A delegation of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted Officers Association led by its president P Ashok Babu met the YSR Congress Party's Honorary President Y S Vijayamma and extended its support to her fast-unto-death against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

Talking to reporters later, Ashok Babu said that Vijayamma's fast-unto-death from August 19 at Vijayawada would be supported by the APNGO's and other organisations.

He asked the elected representatives from the Seemandhra region to join the Samaikhyandhra agitation to oppose the bifurcation of the state. He said that the division was not in the interest of any region including Telangana although the employees of Seemandhra region would be the worst hit due to the bifurcation. (INN)
