With the Indian railways resuming its passenger train services today, the Secunderabad railway station brimmed with passengers.
With the authorities asking passengers to reach the station at least one-and-a-half to two hours in advance, passengers began reaching the station from the early hours of Monday.
There were massive queues to enter the station and board the trains.
The railway ministry is operating 200 special trains in 100 routes of the country. A total of 145,000 passengers will be travelling on the first day of the resumption of the services.
9 trains will ply from the two Telugu-speaking states.
The authorities have allowed passengers to book tickets both online and offline.
