A special court hearing the Satyam scam case, on Friday, granted bail to 2 of the main accused, on "health" grounds.
The two accused, PriceWaterhouse Cooper (PWC) senior partner S Gopalakrishnan, and former Satyam internal auditor Prabhakar Gupta, had pleaded that their health was rapidly deteriorating, and that they needed medical attention.
Meanwhile, a petition filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct the trial of the main accused and former chairman of Satyam, Ramalinga Raju, through video-conferencing, was posted to June 27.
Raju is currently undergoing treatment at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, for hepatitis.
