Expressing hope that every house would be illuminated with new radiance by taking away the darkness of the old periods, the Chief Minister said that a new journey of sunshine would usher in new beginnings, and that the light of development along with welfare would spread across the State.
He also said that the people should celebrate the festival happily by enjoying the freedom in the "Praja Palana" started in Telangana, and that his government was committed to working for the welfare of all sections of people and to taking the State on the path of development.
