The Telangana and Deputy CM took part in the launch of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra launched by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in ethnic strife-torn Manipur today.
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, Congress MLA Vivek Venkatswamy and other Congress leaders from took part in the launch of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra started by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in ethnic strife-torn Manipur's Thoubal district today.
Gandhi's yatra began at noon at the Khongjom War Memorial. It will cover a distance of 6,713 km straddling 100 Lok Sabha constituencies and 337 Assembly segments, and covering 110 districts in the country. The yatra will conclude in Mumbai on March 20 after 67 days.
Reddy and Vikramarka extended congratulations to Gandhi for undertaking the yatra, and said that the yatra would re-establish the principles of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity enshrined in the Constitution.
