Regularisation Deadline For Encroachments Extended
The regularisation of encroachments of upto 125 sq yards can be done till Jan 31, and that for encroachments beyond 125 sq yards can be done by February 28.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has decided to extend the last date for the regularisation of encroachments of government lands in Hyderabad.
While the last date for the regularisation of encroachments of up to 125 sq yards has been extended till January 31, that for regularisations beyond 125 sq yards will be February 28.
The decision was taken during a review meeting chaired by the Chief Minister at the State Secretariat on Monday evening.
Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya, Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali, Ministers Nayani Narasimha Reddy, T Padmarao Goud, Mahender Reddy and Talasani Srinivas Yadav, GHMC COmmissioner Somesh Kumar, Revenue Secretary Meena, Municipal Administration Secretary Gopal, Hyderabad District Collector Nirmala and Rangareddy Collector Raghunandan Rao attended the meeting.
The Chief Minister directed the officials to conduct the regularisation drive as per the rules and in the most transparent manner possible. (INN)
