His next film Naayak is being completed fast, and he plays a dual role in the film.
News is that the audio of the film is scheduled for release on 14 December.
Thaman composed music for the film, which is likely to be a Pongal release to add glitter to the festival fervour. Kajal and Amala Paul are to add glamour to the film, which is being directed by V V Vinayak and jointly produced by D V V Danayya and Radhakrishna under the Universal Media banner.
Also in the Pongal big ticket film race are Kamal Hasan’s Viswaroopam, the multi-sarrer Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu featuring Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu, and the bi-lingual Bad Boy.
