Rajagopal Reddy Can't Retain Seat If He Resigns: Council Chairman
Sukender Reddy said that Rajagopal Reddy didn't have any credibility among the people, and would never get re-elected if he has resigned from the post.
Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy said that Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, who represents the Munugodu Assembly constituency in the Nalgonda district, would not have any political future once he resigned as MLA.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Sukender Reddy said that Rajagopal Reddy didn't have any credibility among the people, and that it would be impossible for him to be elected as an MLA again if he has resigned from the post.
"It's not a matter of which party he will be contesting as a condidate of. There is no sympathy for him. The people are not believing his words, and, moreover, are waiting to teach a fitting lesson to him in the next election if it arises," Sukender Reddy said.
He added that Rajagopal Reddy considered himself a tall leader and was living in an illusory world without understanding the ground realities.
