More wealth was found in the latest inventory round at Puttaparthi Sai Baba's Yajurveda Mandir in Prashanthi Nilayam, Puttaparthi,
The counting exercise was the third so far, and yielded 34.5 kg of gold, 340 kg of silver and Rs. 1.90 crore of cash.
The counting began at 10:45am on Monday, and lasted nearly 12 hours. The rooms searched were not searched in the earlier rounds.
The
last time the valuables in the Yajurveda Mandir were taken count of, was on 16 June this year. Wealth worth Rs. 12 crore was uncovered then.
Meanwhile, in the wake of
glaring mishandling of the Trust's money, there are speculations that thr government might take over the Trust and run it the way TTD is run.
