President of India Pranab Mukherjee has given Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy an appointment on February 5 at 12:30pm.
According to sources, the Rashtrapati Bhavan confirmed the appointment on Monday evening. The Chief Minister, along with other Seemandhra leaders, will meet the President seeking his intervention to stop the Telangana Bill from being introduced in the Parliament. He will apprise the President about the resolution passed by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly rejecting the State Reorganisation Bill.
The Chief Minister will leave for New Delhi at 9:30am on Tuesday. (INN)
