Flaying the Congress members for stating that new Camp Office was built with as many as 150 rooms, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today stated that, "Pragathi Bhavan is not my personal home. In fact, it is the official residence allotted to the Chief Minister of the State."
During a discussion on the Indiramma housing scheme, the Chief Minister slammed the Opposition members for trying to exaggerate the camp office issue and rebuked Congress member Komatireddy Venkat Reddy's statement that the camp office had 150 rooms.
"The new Camp Office is an asset to the people of the State and not to the CM," KCR reiterated.
Foreign delegates, VIPs and several other prominent people visit the CMO, and hence reflects the State's pride, remarked the Chief Minister.
He also said that Pragathi Bhavan would provide space for international conferences and meetings.
The Chief Minister said that after the end of the Winter Assembly Session, he would hold people representative meetings in the place.
