Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Thursday appealed to Seemandhra leaders to participate in the discussion on the Telangana Bill in the state Legislative Assembly.

Speaking to media persons, Ponguleti said that Seemandhra legislators should realise the fact that preventing the formation of the Telangana state is not possible, and that therefore, they should participate in a serious debate on the Telangana Bill and give their suggestions on how the new State and capital could be developed.
