Speaking on the occasion of Christmas, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that he had prayed for all the obstacles to the development of the capital and construction of the Polavaram project to be removed.
The Chief Minister, along with Water Resources Management Minister Devineni Uma Maheswar Rao, was participating in Christmas prayers in St Paul Church at the Benz Circle in Vijayawada.
In an interaction with the media later, Naidu emphasized the importance of the Bible, which he said proclaimed the message of how to live in harmony with others.
Meanwhile, in Hyderabad, the Telangana TDP, too, celebrated the festival at the party headquarters, with senior party leaders Motkupalli Narasimhulu, Ravula Chandra Sekhar Reddy and E Peddi Reddy among others in presence.
