NRI Voter Forces Chiranjeevi, Family Queue Up
Chiranjeevi decided to jump the queue to cast his vote, but was stopped by a voter Karthik, who had flown in from London to cast his vote.

Union Minister K Chiranjeevi and his family members were forced to stand in queue to cast their votes at a polling booth in Jubilee Hills.
Chiranjeevi, along with his wife and actor-son Ram Charan Teja, came to the polling booth at about 9:30am.
Although he was standing in the queue, they were being prodded by some fans and security personnel to get ahead quickly. Chiranjeevi then decided to jump the queue to cast his vote.
However, he was stopped by a voter, Karthik, who had flown in from London to cast his vote. Stating that Chiranjeevi does not deserve any special treatment, Karthik asked Chiranjeevi and his family members to stand in the queue to cast their votes.
In view of the presence of a large number of media personnel, Chiranjeevi went back to the queue.
Speaking to media persons after casting his vote, Chiranjeevi clarified that he did not break any rules, and was standing in the queue. He said he came out of the queue only to double-check his name in the voters' list.
The polling in this particular booth got delayed by over 1 hour as one of the EVMs was defective.
Actor Sumanth and a few other celebrities too waited for 1 hour in line to cast their votes. (INN)
