No Backing Out: Telangana Ministers

Telangana ministers meet Sonia Gandhi, say they want a timeline for the process of separate statehood.
Hyderabad | 28th December 2009
Telangana ministers who have met the Congress high command in Delhi have reiterated that they wanted a timeline for the process of separate statehood for Telangana to start. They have also alleged that the united Andhra protests were artificial, and that they were being conducted by people with vested interests in the region.

At the press meet, there was repeated condemnation of the Home Ministry's latest statement on Telangana, and ministers said they would not back out of the agitation unless a separate state was created.
