More Rains Forecast For AP
The south-west monsoon, which has been vigorous over coastal Andhra Pradesh and active over Telangana, is expected to bring more rain to the Telangana region.

In news that is bound to enhance our bonhomie, the Met has forecast that the south-west monsoon, which has been vigorous over coastal Andhra Pradesh and active over Telangana, is expected to bring more rain to the Telangana region.
Heavy rains lashed Macherla, Nalgonda, Rentachintala and Tiruvuru over the past 24 hours, and are expected to continue. Atmakur, Madhira, Metpalli, Ranasthalam, Medak, Bheemunipatnam, Gajapathinagaram, Jagitiyal, Yemmiganur, Mahabubnagar, Visakhapatnam AP, Anakapalle, Bhimadole, Chintalapudi, Eluru, Mantralayam and Piduguralla have also received varying amounts of rainfall.
Moderate to rather heavy rain accompanied with thundershowers is forecast at many places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema during the next 24 hours. All three regions of the state are expected to receive isolated to heavy rains during the next 48 hours.
