Heavy Rains Likely In Telangana For Two More Days

All districts will also experience heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places in the next five days.

Low pressure over the Bay Of Bengal caused rainfall all over Telangana today. Heavy rains occurred at isolated places in the state.

According to the weather forecast by the Commissioner for Disaster Management & Ex-Officio Special Chief Secretary to the Government, all districts in Telangana will experience heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places in the next five days.

The top rainfall recorded in Telangana on July 18 is as follows:

Madhira - 9 cm
Bonakal - 8 cm
Khammam Urban - 6 cm
Hayathnagar (dist Rangareddy) - 7 cm
Koida (dist Khammam) - 7 cm
Chinthakam (dist Khammam) - 7 cm
Golkonda (dist Hyderabad) - 6 cm
Hyderabad (dist Hyderabad) - 6 cm
Serilingampally (dist Rangareddy) - 6 cm
Kusumanchi (dist Khammam) - 6 cm
Saroornagar (dist Rangareddy) - 6 cm
