Prime Minister Narendra Modi today heaped praises on a weaver from Rajanna-Sircilla district for sending a handloom-made G20 summit logo.
He praised the weaver Y Hariprasad in his monthly Mann Ki Baat address.
Modi said that he was surprised after seeing the excellent logo of the G-20 nations. "I have received an unexpected luck: Hari Prasad. Hari Prasad has a great skill that will attract the attention of all. He also sent me a letter along with his logo. In his letter he told me that it was a matter of pride for India to be getting the opportunity to host the next G-20 summit. He made the logo with his own hands to highlight the achievement of the country. He inherited the skill of handloom work from his father, and is using it with complete happiness," Modi said in his program.
