Major Reshuffle Of IAS Officers In Telangana

The State government on Sunday transferred several IAS officers in Telangana.

1. Dr Shashank Goel, Director General, Dr MCRHRD Institute, has been transferred and posted as in place of Chairman, Centre for Good Governance. He has also been given FAC (full additional charge) of the post of Director General, EPTRI, duly relieving Ahmad Nadeem, from FAC of the said post.

2. Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary to Government, ITE&C and Sports department, has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government & CEO, Industry & Investment Cell, in the CMO, and of Smart Proactive Efficient and Effective Delivery (SPEED). He has also been given FAC of the post of Special Chief Secretary to Government, YAT&C department, and Director, Archaeology, in place of Smita Sabharwal.

3. Sanjay Kumar, Special Chief Secretary to Government, LET&F department, has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce department, and ITE&C and Sports department, in place of Jayesh Ranjan.

4. M Dana Kishore, Principal Secretary to Government, MA & UD department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, LET&F department, in place of Sanjay Kumar. Kishore has also been given FAC of the posts of Commissioner, Labour; Director, Insurance Medical Services; and Director, Employment & Training. He will shall continue with FAC of the post of Principal Secretary to Governor.

5. Smita Sabharwal is posted as Member Secretary, TG Finance Commission.

6. Dr T K Sreedevi, Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration department (outside HMDA). She has also been given FAC of the post of Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, MA department (for municipalities & corporations outside ORR limits).

7. Ilambarithi K, Commissioner, GHMC, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Metropolitan Area & Urban Development department (HMDA limits).

8. R V Karnan, Director, Health & Family Welfare, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, GHMC, in place of Ilambarithi K.

9. K Shashanka, Commissioner, State Flagship Projects, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Future City Development Authority (FCDA). He will continue in FAC of the post of Director, Mines & Geology.

10. S Harish, Special Commissioner, I&PR, and EO Special Secretary, GA (I&PR) department, has been transferred and posted as CMD, GENCO, duly relieving Sandeep Kumar Sultania from FAC of the said post. Harish has also been given FAC of the post of Special Commissioner, I&PR, & EO Special Secretary, GA (I&PR) department. He will also continue in FAC of the post of Joint Secretary to Government (DM), revenue department.

11. K Nikhila, CEO, TGIRD, has been given FAC of the post of Secretary & CEO, Telangana Human Rights Commission.

12. S Sangeetha Satyanarayana, Joint Secretary to CM, has been transferred and posted as Director, Health & Family Welfare, in place of R V Karnan. She has also been given FAC of the post of CEO, Arogyasri Health Care Trust, duly relieving R V Karnan from FAC of the said post.

13. S Venkata Rao, Director, Protocol, and Joint Secretary to Government (Protocol), GAD, has been transferred and posted as Director, Endowments. He has also been given FAC of the post of Executive Officer of the Yadagirigutta temple.

14. P Katyayani Devi, Joint Managing Director, State Finance Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Additional CEO, SERP.

15. E V Narsimha Reddy, Director, School Education, has been transferred and posted as Additional CEO, Industry & Investment Cell & SPEED. He has also been given FAC of the post of Managing Director, Musi River Development Corporation Ltd (MRDCL), duly relieving M Dana Kishore from FAC of the post.

16. Bhorkhade Hemant Sahadeorao, Managing Director, Telangana Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGMSIDC), has been transferred and posted as Zonal Commissioner, GHMC.

17. G Phaneendra Reddy, Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Telangana Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGMSIDC), in place of Bhorkhade Hemant Sahadeorao.

18. P Kadhiravan, Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner, PR & RD.

19. K Vidya Sagar (non-cadre), OSD to Chief Secretary, has been transferred and posted as Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Hyderabad, in place of P Kadhiravan. He has also been given FAC of the post of Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad, in place of G Phaneendra Reddy.

20. On transfer, Upender Reddy (non-cadre) has been posted as Secretary, HMDA.
