Lakshminarayana Yet To Decide On A Party

V V Lakshminarayana, retired Joint Director of the CBI, today expressed his desire to serve the people, and said that his purpose would be achieved only if he took plunge in politics.

Laxminarayana said that he was approached by the Lok Satta party president Jaya Prakash Narayana, the Telangana People's Party president Justice Chandrakumar and Aam Aadmi party leader P Ramarao to join their parties. He added that he would soon take a decision on whether he would join any party or set up his own party.

Laxminarayana, who has already started visiting villages and meeting people to know their problems, said that his manifesto was largely supported by the villagers. He is telling the villagers that the leaders campaigning should be asked to list their promises on a stamp paper, sign it, and hand it over to the people.

He said that he was ready to work with leaders who supported his programs in agriculture, energy, health, employment, women empowerment, youth awareness and zero budget politics.
