KTR Helps Fluoride Victim With House, Saloon

The Telangana minister extended support to Amshala Swamy, a fluoride victim of Nalgonda district, through a two-bedroom house and a barber shop.

Telangana IT and Municipal Minister K T Rama Rao extended support to Amshala Swamy, a fluoride victim of Nalgonda district, through a two-bedroom house and a barber shop to generate a livelihood for himself.

Swamy had recently met the minister and poured out his woes due to his crippled limbs, and sought help for running a barber shop. Soon the minister asked the relevant Collector to extend the necessary help for housing and for the setting up of a saloon for the person.

As per KTR's directive the Collector invited Swamy to his office and offered him Rs 6 lakhs for a house and Rs 2 lakhs for a saloon.

Swamy later extended thanks to the minister and the Collector.
