A large number of devotees today thronged the Krishna temples all across Hyderabad and Secunderabad to celebrate Krishna Janmashtami.

A large number of devotees today thronged the Krishna temples all across Hyderabad and Secunderabad and celebrated Krishna Janmashtami with fervour. Devotees were seen waiting in long queues at several temples to perform rituals. The temples were adorned with lights and flowers for the occasion, and special hymns dedicated to Lord Krishna were recited.

Many people also participated in the various ceremonial customs associated with the festival, with celebrations in the ISKCON temple in Secunderabad standing out.
