KCR Woos Anju Infra, Wanda Group Of China To Invest
The Telangana CM today reached Beijing from Shanghai, after spending two days at the latter city.

Along with his team of ministers and officials, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today participated in the dinner hosted by the Indian Ambassador in Beijing Ashok K Kantha. Earlier he reached the Chinese capital Beijing from Shanghai after staying for two days there.
While in Shanghai, the CM had an interaction with Yogesh Wagh, Director of Anju Infrastructure, a China-based leading company. The CM explained the new industrial policy of Telangana to Wagh, who evinced keen interest and expressed his preparedness to invest in Telangana. The CM invited him to visit Telangana, to which Wagh responded positively.
Earlier, delegation members in the team of the CM visited the Suzhou Industrial Park located in Suzhou, a city known as "paradise on earth". They had an interaction with Yu Cai Zen, a member of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Committee. Yu briefed them about the origin and the development of the park, and said that there were about seven lakh employees working in the park. Ministers Jupalli Krishna Rao and Jagadish Reddy, and other members of the delegation appreciated the development there. They shared with the Park Committee members the details of Telangana's industrial policy. They also requested Yu and his team to cooperate in developing such industrial parks in Telangana, too.
In Beijing, KCR held talks with the Wanda Culture Industry Group on investment opportunities in Telangana.
The CM urged them to invest in Telangana, talking up its atmosphere, land bank, and simplified permissions system through its new industrial policy and government support. The capital Hyderabad would be transformed into a slum-free city through the construction of two lakh double bedroom houses for the slum-dwellers and deprived classes, KCR said. The Wanda group is said to have agreed to visit Hyderabad in the near future.
