Addressing a video conference of the district Collectors, Superintendents of Police and other district officials at the Marri Channa Reddy Human Resources Development Center, KCR stressed on the need for rejuvenating the dalit localities and girijan hamlets through the active involvement of people who implement their own plans of development for five years funded by the government.
