Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will attend the grand inaugural of the renovated Yadadri temple at a grand program on March 28 amid rituals of a Maha Kumbha Samprokshana Yagam, at around 11:55 am.
The program will not be attended by Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, who did not get an invitation from the temple authorities.
The officials concerned have made all the necessary arrangements for the inaugural.
The pujaris used Godavari waters from the Kaleshwaram project to conduct abhishekams to the Lord Lakshmi Narasimha in the rituals being performed in the run-up to the inauguration.
KCR will inaugurate the temple with ministers G Jagadish Reddy, MLA G Sunitha and others.
The state government took up the renovation to model the temple along the lines of the Tirumala temple, and spent about Rs 1,400 crore on the renovation and reconstruction.
