Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will inaugurate the newly built Telangana Secretariat building complex on February 17.
Minister for Roads and Buildings Vemula Prashant Reddy on Tuesday announced that the newly built Dr B R Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat building would be inaugurated between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM as per the time prescribed by Vedic pundits.
Before the inauguration of the Secretariat, a vaastu puja, Chandi yagam, Sudarsana yagam etc. will be performed under the guidance of Vedic scholars.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK president M K Stalin, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav, JDU national president Lalan Singh as the representative of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Dr B R Ambedkar's grandson Prakash Ambedkar and other dignitaries will participate in the inauguration.
After the inauguration, a huge public meeting will be held at the Parade Grounds in Secunderabad.
KCR along with the Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu and Jharkhand and the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar will attend the public meeting, Reddy said.
