KCR Sworn In As Telangana CM For Second Time
TRS president K Chandrashekar Rao was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Telangana for the second time, by Governor E S L Narasimhan today.

TRS president K Chandrashekar Rao, who was unanimously elected as the TRS Legislature Party leader yesterday, was today sworn in as the Chief Minister of Telangana for the second time, by Governor E S L Narasimhan, who administered the oath of office and secrecy to KCR at a simple function at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad at 1:25 pm, the time fixed by astrologers as auspicious.
Mohammad Mahmood Ali, the deputy CM in the previous cabinet, also took oath, as a minister. While KCR took the oath in Telugu and in the name of God, Ali took the oath in Urdu.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by all the 88 TRS MLA-elects; TRS MPs K Kavitha, Santosh Kumar, K Keshav Rao, B Vinod Kumar and Jithender Reddy; and a bunch of other VIPs including MIM president and MP Asaduddin Owaisi, Chief Secretary S K Joshi, DGP Mahender Reddy, ex-Speaker S Madhusudhana Chary, Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Swamy Goud, Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy, several MPs, MLCs, advisers to the government, senior officials and members of the general public.
KCR is expected to finalize the remaining members of his cabinet this week.
