Deputy Leader in the Telangana Legislative Council Mohammad Ali Shabbir alleged that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had no control over the administration in the State.
Speaking to media persons at the Congress Legislature Party office, Shabbir Ali said that it was strange that the Chief Minister confined himself to making media statements.
Neither did the officials follow his oral instructions, nor did KCR issue any instructions to the officials concerned.
Citing an instance, he said that the CM had repeatedly assured continuous power supply during the Ramzan month. However, the officials did not follow his instructions, and there have been 6-7 hours of power cuts in the city.
Shabbir Ali also condemned the TRS government for its failure to stop the ongoing strike by the GHMC employees. He said that the strike had deteriorated the living conditions in the city due to accumulation of garbage.
He also criticized the change of the CM's Iftar venue from the Nizam College Grounds to HITEX. (INN)
