The TPCC alleged that the TRS government was conspiring to remove 17 lakh voters from the list, including 1.31 lakh from the Sanath Nagar constituency alone.
TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy alleged that the TRS government was behaving undemocratically by removing the names of Seemandhra voters under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits from the voters' list.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday, Reddy alleged that the TRS government had hatched a conspiracy to remove over 17 lakh voters from the list, including 1.31 lakh votes in Sanath Nagar Assembly constituency alone.
He alleged that the removal of voters from the list was taking place under the supervision of GHMC Commissioner Somesh Kumar.
He said that the Congress would lodge a complaint with the Central Election Commission in this regard and also approach the courts.
He also expressed doubts that irregularities were taking place in the division of wards and reservations allotments.
