The silence of the Chief Minister on the entire episode was also telling, the party claimed.

BJP national general secretary & Telangana incharge Tarun Chug today said that the allegation that his party had been making that K Kavitha, the daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, was involved in the Delhi liquor scam had been proven with the ED clearly defining her complicity in the chargesheet that had been filed on Tuesday.
Chug said that the charge-sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate gave all the details right from the scamsters meeting her in her residence in Hyderabad to her meetings with the accused in the Oberoi hotel in New Delhi.
The ED charge-sheet mentioned how Kavitha masterminded a bribe of over Rs 100 crore on behalf of the South Group to the AAP conduits, and how eventually the group made over Rs 192 crore in profit from the deal, he said.
The BJP leader said, "The silence of the Chief Minister on the entire episode is telling. The BJP has always maintained that KCR and his family were deeply corrupt, and the evidence was unfolding slowly. It is now clear that KCR's drama of BRS is just to divert the people's attention from the liquor scam and a desperate attempt to save his daughter. In the light of the ED's chargesheet on Kavitha, KCR must tender his resignation to facilitate a fair investigation," Chug added.
