Kavitha Challenges MP Arvind To Prove Allegations In 24 Hours

MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha today asked Nizamabad MP Arvind Dharmapuri to prove his corruption allegations against her within 24 hours or tender an unconditional apology by rubbing his nose at the Pulang Circle in the district.

Speaking to the media, Kavitha said that the BJP MP should stop his mudslinging campaign against the BRS government and her family members, and that if he has any evidence related to corruption by any of them, he should prove it immediately.

"In the past, he used to criticise CM K Chandrashekar Rao in the name of corruption. Now he is targeting my husband who is not in politics and is no way related to the government. We don't respond to such cheap remarks, but there is still a limit to our patience. I challenge that wherever MP Arvind contests in the upcoming elections, we will go there and defeat him," Kavitha said.

She claimed that the BRS government was working in a very transparent manner, and was able to complete several development works in a stipulated period. The ruling parties in the past used to be stubborn on getting commissions, but that was not the case in the BRS, she said.

Earlier, Kavitha inaugurated a job mela in the city, where she interacted with several job aspirants and wished them good luck.
