Kadapa Results: Jagan, Vijayamma Lead
In the Kadapa by-election results, the YSR Congress Party is several steps ahead of the Congress and the TDP, at the end of 5 rounds of counting of votes.

The YSR Congress Party is several steps ahead of the Congress party and the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), at the end of 5 rounds of the counting of votes, that commenced at 8am on Friday morning.
1,20,285 votes have thus far been polled for Y S Jaganmoohan Reddy for the Kadapa Lok Sabha seat, while D L Ravindra Reddy has 11,681 votes to his credit. Putting up a fight for the 2nd place is M V Mysoora Reddy, with 9,999 votes.
In Pulivendula, Vijayamma is in the lead with 30,558 votes polled to her credit thus far. In Pulivendula, too, the Congress is currently in the 2nd place, with a mere 4,020 votes being polled for Y S Vivekananda Reddy, and Ravindranath Reddy (the TDP contestant) has 3,712 votes to his credit.
M V Mysoora Reddy reported stormed out of the JMJ Junior College For Women, soon after the commencement of the counting of votes.
Y S Vivekananda Reddy, too, seems to have lost all hope. He was spotted leaving the college, muttering, "It does not matter what position you get when you are ultimately the loser."
