Jamuna Hatcheries Encroached Land: Medak Collector
Medak Collector S Harish today said that Jamuna Hatcheries, owned by Eatala Rajender's wife Jamuna, had encroached upon 70.33 acres of assigned land.

Medak district Collector S Harish today said that Jamuna Hatcheries, owned by former minister and BJP MLA Eatala Rajender's wife Eatala Jamuna, had encroached upon 70.33 acres of assigned land in the district.
He said that this was found during the survey conducted by the government.
Speaking to media persons on the issue, he said that the hatcheries had encroached upon the assigned lands belonging to 56 assignees, and that the encroachment took place in Achampeta and Hakimpeta villages of Masaipeta mandal of the district.
He also said that the hatcheries had used the encroached assigned lands for non-agricultural purposes.
He added that the hatcheries had also constructed large sheds without taking any permissions, and had also got registered, lands kept in the prohibited list.
The Collector said that the hatcheries had also violated the Walta act and cut off trees in forest areas.
He said that the government had also found that the poultry farms were polluting the area.
He said that the officials had sent a report on the issue to the state government, and that action would be taken against the officials who had extended support to those who had committed the irregularities.
He also said that they would submit a report to the state government to do justice to the victims of the encroachments.
