The Special CBI Court at Nampally has extended the remand of Kadapa MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy till 27 February in the disproportionate assets case.
When the counsel for Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy asked the grounds on which the remand was extended, the court asked the CBI to file a memo on the progress of the investigation.
The CBI on the other hand contended that the investigation is progressing as Jagan is in jail.
The court conducted the hearing through video conference. (INN)
