Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy offered prayers at the Tirumala temple today.
Upon his arrival at the Mahadwaram, he was welcomed by TTD Chairman Y V Subba Reddy and EO A V Dharma Reddy, and the traditional Isthikaphal welcome was extended to him by the priests amidst the chanting of mantras.
After the darsan of Lord Venkateswara, he was offered a Vedaseervachanam and thirtha prasadams at the Ranganayakula Mandapam by Vedic scholars.
MPs, ministers and protocol dignitaries from the State and the district were present.
JEOs Sada Bhargavi and Veerabrahmam, and CVSO Narasimha Kishore, were also present.
