YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, on Monday, filed a petition with the CBI special court, saying that no chargesheet should be filed without the completion of investigations in the 26 GOs case.
Jagan contended that instead of dealing with the chargesheets individually, a joint investigation should be conducted.
The counsel for Jagan pleaded that all chargesheets be pooled in the process of investigation.
The counsel also said that no fresh chargesheet should be filed until the process of investigation is completed. (INN)
