Odarpu: KK Denies Misleading Cong
K Keshava Rao refuted allegations against him that he was to be blamed for giving misleading information to the party high command about Jagan's Odarpu Yatra.
Senior Congress leader K Keshava Rao on Thursday refuted allegations against him that he was to be blamed for giving misleading information to the party high command about Jagan's Odarpu Yatra.
Talking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan, the former PCC president said that he had not expressed his personal point of view over the Odarpu Yatra to the high command since he was in-charge of looking after party affairs in Jharkhand.
KK said that the allegation raised against him by suspended PCC secretary Ambati Rambabu, a staunch Jagan loyalist, were baseless.
He further said that the high command had neither accorded nor refused permission to the MP to go ahead with the yatra, since it had received confusing signals from some senior Congress leaders of the state - and not from him.
