An official note says that 2,708 centres have been set up, in which 6,33,571 candidates - both general and vocational - will appear for these examinations.
Practical examinations for Intermediate education will be held from 3 February to 25 February.
The secretary of the Board of Intermediate Education, in a press note, announced that 2,708 centres have been set up, in which 6,33,571 candidates - both general and vocational - will appear for these examinations.
The press note added that the forenoon session will begin at 9am and end at 12 noon. The afternoon session will be held from 2pm to 5pm.
These examinations will be held in 4 spells. The first spell is from 3 to 8 February. Spell II will begin on 9 February and end on 13 February. Spell III will be on from 14 to 18 February, and Spell IV will begin on 21 February and end on 25 February.
The Board has set up a control room (Telephone No. 2460-1010, Fax No. 2465-5027) to oversee the conduct of these examinations. (INN)
