Hyderabad | 23rd August 2018
The Hyderabad High Court today stayed a GO issued by the Telangana government increasing the fees for the management quota seats from Rs 5 lakhs to Rs 25 lakhs in super-specialty medical PG courses.

Opposing the GO, the Health Care Reforms Association filed a petition in the High Court. Hearing the case, the court faulted the state government for increasing the fees by such a huge amount, and imposed a stay on the GO.

The Association hailed the High Court for its ruling.
